- Secure a Venue.
- Contact friends and other artists to join you.
- Send out Invitations.
- Send out Press Releases to Local Media.
- Display PPF Photography alongside your custom artwork.
- Set Prices on Art with portions going to PPF.
- Display PPF Brochure materials.
HOST A BENEFIT CONCERT
- Plan a Date and Book the Venue.
- Find a band.
- Hire a sound technician.
- Spread the word—send out flyers and press releases, Facebook and Tweet.
- Ask local businesses to donate door prizes.
- Ask media for a story on how local artists are helping the Sudan and how others can help.
- Get volunteers to help with the concert.
DONATE ARTWORK
- Create a piece of art (or entire collection) to benefit the persecuted.
- Get a professional photograph of your artwork
- Upload the photo of your art to our PPF Art donation page
- Invite other artists to donate a piece of their own.
- Set a suggested donation price including shipping
- Ask local media to feature a story about it.
